Monsignor Frank Bognanno | Three Minutes with God: Reflections to Inspire, Encourage, and Motivate

@ Beaverdale Books

Three Minutes with God features hundreds of inspiring reflections and prayers that will remind you to rejoice and praise God! Each day’s entry includes a scripture passage, a thoughtful reflection, and a brief prayer to revive your spirit.

Three Minutes with God has been nationally recognized by the Catholic Media Association in its First time Author Category, Second Place Winner. It features 260 inspiring reflections and prayers that will help you start a daily conversation with God. Each day’s entry includes a scripture passage, a thoughtful reflection, and a brief prayer to revive your spirit. Each page of the book, published by Franciscan Media, features his WHO-TV and Star 102.5 reflections called “Thought of the Day with Msgr. Frank,” which have been airing since 2018. The book is available in paperback and e-book formats. Proceeds go to the Purify Project, which provides clean water systems to school children in Tanzania.

Based on the positive response to his broadcast vignettes, “Thought of the Day,” on WHO-TV and Star 102.5 radio, Msgr. Bognanno suggested to his niece, Patty Jo Crawford, Vice President of Marketing at Franciscan Media, that the reflections might evangelize further, if put into book form. Franciscan Media agreed and has grouped the reflections into three categories: encouragement, inspiration, and motivation. Franciscan Media has compiled 260 of these one-minute reflections and added a prayer for each reflection, for a total of three minutes in daily meditation.

Crawford says, “Ever since I was a little girl, Uncle Frank was always the one who brought God to the center of every conversation. Now, working for Franciscan Media, a mission-based organization where the goal is to bring God to the center of people’s lives, I was excited to connect Uncle Frank with my colleagues to give him access to a national platform.”
